Myra Aragones

A seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in senior living, has seamlessly integrated her background as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and a business management graduate to excel in senior living management.

Starting her career providing direct patient care, Myra’s transition into administrative roles showcased her unique blend of healthcare expertise and business acumen. As a Senior Executive Director, she oversaw operations for numerous communities, elevating the standard of care for seniors. Known for her innovation and dedication, Myra continues to uphold high-quality standards at Kisco while prioritizing work-life balance and drawing inspiration from her travels.

Her impactful journey stands as a testament to her commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors and serves as a source of motivation for others in the industry. She has been happily married for 29 years and the proud parent of two children.

Assistant General Manager

Sesh Sturhann

Sesh attended Chico State University, where he earned his degree in Political Science. While in Chico, he met his wife of 20 years, and together they have raised three wonderful children who bring joy and fulfillment to their lives every day. After college, Sesh delved into the retail industry, honing his skills as a manager for 15 years and discovering his knack for leadership and strategic decision-making. He then became Kisco’s first Executive Director in Training, applying his skill set to a new industry. In his free time, Sesh can be found practicing or watching his daughters play soccer.

Geoffrey Nese, Sales Director

Geoffrey Nese

A Southern California native from Los Angeles, Geoffrey grew up in Newport Beach and Irvine before pursuing a business administration degree at the University of Southern California. He spent years as Director of his family’s Fine Art Galleries, with one becoming the top selling Signature Art Gallery for renowned artist Thomas Kinkade. Passionate about travel, art, history, Disney, and the water, Geoffrey enjoys beach relaxation and spends his free time with his son Luke, wife Amy, four Rag Doll cats, a German Shepard, and their 36-gallon aquarium. Drawing on his hospitality experience from Marriott and The Walt Disney Company, Geoffrey is dedicated to assisting seniors and their families navigate the challenges of aging with care and compassion. At Crestavilla, Geoffrey prioritizes building trust and lasting relationships while making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.

Eric Juhl

A proud graduate of Biola University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Eric has dedicated over 13 years to the healthcare industry. Eric finds great fulfillment in facilitating connections between families and the vibrant community at Crestavilla, witnessing lives flourish, and contributing to the happiness of those around him. He feels honored to be associated with a community that prioritizes the well-being of its residents. Alongside his wife Alesia and their four children, Violette, Ryder, Primrose, and Maverick, they have found a welcoming community just a stone’s throw away from Crestavilla in Mission Viejo. Together, they enjoy spending time at their church, going on camping trips, and embarking on new adventures.

Paola Carrillo

Originally from the Coachella Valley, Paola is a first-generation daughter of Mexican immigrants. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University. With her parents working in the hospitality industry, Paola began her career at a resort in Rancho Mirage, gaining experience by moving through various roles in operations, sales, and revenue management. This path eventually led her to the Bay Area, where she spent three years at a high-end hotel catering to business travelers from all over the world. During the Pandemic, she made a shift to senior living and found her calling as a Sales Director for her first Kisco community, Byron Park in Walnut Creek. The role brought her professional and personal fulfillment as she contributed to the enriching lifestyle and warm culture of Kisco. In 2023, she seized an opportunity to transfer to Crestavilla, where she embraced her role as Sales Director before transitioning to Hospitality Services Director a year later. With a background in both sales and operations, Paola embodies the Kisco culture which is anchored in leading with integrity and transparency. She is dedicated to serving seniors with genuine compassion and personalized service. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and family, now just a drive away from Laguna Niguel.

Deserie Rodillo

Originally from the Philippines, Deserie moved to the United States in 2007 with aspirations of becoming a nurse. Her journey in senior living began in 2012 as a caregiver and has since evolved through various roles including Med Tech, Resident Care Coordinator, Memory Care Director, and now Assisted Living Director. Demonstrating a profound dedication to resident care, Deserie’s experience as a charged nurse has equipped her with the skills needed to provide exceptional care. As the oldest of four siblings and a proud owner of a Saint Bernard named Sophie, Deserie values family and enjoys traveling and hiking in her spare time. Her true passion lies in fostering meaningful relationships with residents at Crestavilla, where she strives to create personalized experiences that cater to individual needs and interests while maintaining a balance between independence and assisted care.

Norma Martinez, Memory Care Director.

Norma Martinez

Norma, a mother of three from Mexico City, has been happily married for 20 years and has dedicated 28 years to the senior living industry. She initially joined the industry to support her family and starting as a housekeeper, she worked her way up to become an Executive Director at her first community before moving on in search of new opportunities. Norma’s passion for working with seniors led her to a Kisco community in Anaheim, Emerald Court, where she excelled as a Memory Care Coordinator, earning recognition for quality care. Promoted to Resident Care Supervisor and later to Memory Care Director at Crestavilla Senior Living, Norma’s exceptional leadership and dedication have earned her multiple accolades from the U.S News & World Report for Best Memory Care. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care to residents is truly commendable.

Shane Oliver, Food & Beverage Director

Shane Oliver

Shane, a San Diego native, relocated to New York City in 1995 where gained extensive experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house management roles at various upscale dining establishments. After graduating summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Food & Beverage Management, he returned to San Diego to further hone his skills as a General Manager at esteemed restaurants like Mister A’s and Mille Fleurs. Transitioning to the role of Dining Service Director at the prestigious Golden Door Spa marked a shift in Shane’s career towards senior living communities in San Diego, where he has dedicated the past decade. Shane finds great fulfillment in his work within the senior living industry, as it allows him to merge his love for food and hospitality with the opportunity to positively impact the lives of seniors.

Francis Cruz

A seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background, Francis brings a wealth of experience and talent to his role. Originally from Chula Vista, Francis spent over two decades on the east coast. During his time in New York City, he made a significant mark as an original cast member of the iconic Broadway production of Miss Saigon, contributing to the show’s remarkable 10-year run. Following his successful stint on Broadway, Francis transitioned into hotel hospitality, honing his skills in customer service and management. It was upon his return to California that he discovered his true calling in working with seniors. At Crestavilla, Francis found a sense of fulfillment in enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a vibrant community. Beyond his professional endeavors, Francis is a dedicated family man, cherishing moments with his wife Rieka and their children Colin and Alora. He continues to share his passion for music with residents, bringing joy and inspiration to the community. Francis embodies a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and creating meaningful connections within the community.

David Deger, Environmental Director.

David Deger

With 10 years of experience in construction, 15 years in property management, and the last 4 years dedicated to senior living, David has found his passion in serving the elderly community. He takes pride in being able to assist seniors daily and finds fulfillment in his work. He oversees Crestavilla’s facilities, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to ensure the community remains beautiful and well-maintained. He has 8 beautiful children and in his spare time, he loves riding his Harley Davidson.
